Process

The customer contacts our firm by telephone, fax or e-mail. They can provide us with their needs, images and requirements. A representative for our firm will arrange a meeting with the customer at which time our catalogues, material samplers, etc. will be presented to the customer. The customer can also put forward their own drawn design or even the finished clothes according to which we will produce the entire order. All of this has the goal, to produce the first ‘trial version’ of the clothing.

According to the number of ordered clothes, the price of material, the production charge etc. we will provide a quotation to our customer. Then after receiving a binding order from our customer we proceed with production of the clothing line.

All of these processes, including the first contact and the delivery of the products to our customer, take usually one month. This process can be naturally speed up if necessary. It depends on many factors, an important one being communication between the customer and our firm. If the customer is prepared in advance and has a clear idea about their vision, everything can be settled within two weeks.
